Any individual will continue to experience the benefits of chiropractic for as long as they are using it to keep maximum function of their joints. Chiropractic care is much like a diet or exercise routine. They are healthy habits to ensure our bodies work and feel their best. Once we stop, however, it doesn’t take long for our negative habits to take over. My favorite thing about chiropractic is that almost everyone can benefit somehow. Whether you are 85 and just want to walk without pain, or an Olympic athlete that wants to improve performance.
