A recent study showed that women who regularly drank coffee were less depressed than those who did not. Coffee has been show to help you lose weight and keep it off. Caffeine helps to stimulate your metabolism, making it easier for your body to burn calories and process food. Researchers say it is not just the caffeine in coffee that does this but rather the chlorogenic acid as well.
