Less Is More: Why One Woman’s Decision To Minimize Should Be Emulated

Actress Shailene Woodley was a guest on Jimmy Kimmel Live! recently and told viewers about her minimalist lifestyle, even admitting she’s downsized to being able to fit her possessions into a single suitcase- and she’s happier than she’s ever been.

The 22-year-old actress indicates she’s happier without “stuff,” admitting she recently even gave her house to her grandmother, among other examples of her natural and sustainable living tendencies.

Woodley’s message of minimalistic living could provide a way for us to all get rid of things we don’t use and also experience the added health benefits of increased happiness, which can be as major as living a longer life.
